Prices
- All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and are
displayed in Pound Sterling. Postage & Packing is not
included however we offer this free for all orders over
the value of £40 otherwise a charge of £1.95 will be
added at checkout.
Payment - We utilise the services of
www.NoChex.com who
provide us with 128 bit SSL security ensuring the safe
encryption of credit card details. We do not have access
to your card details. Your credit/debit card statement
will show a charge to "Nochex".
Lost Items - We ship all orders out via Royal
Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, now and again they
have been know to lose/misplace parcels. In the event
that this should happen Amandas Lingerie will replace
for you free of charge any lost goods and claim against
the post office.
Complaints - In the unlikely event that you have
a complaint, then please email us at
customer-service@amandaslingerie.co.uk we will
acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and attempt
to resolve it within 48 hours.
Nothing mentioned in these terms and conditions affect
your statutory rights as a consumer. Please also see our
returns and delivery pages.
