Delivery Information
We send all orders by First Class Post and it arrive with your normal postman. Your order should arrive within 24 hours,
occasionally items are out of stock but we replenish stock twice a week, and in the unlikely event that your item is out of
stock then please allow a further seven days. We will email you let you know of any delays within 2 hours during office hours.
For larger orders and Corsets in general these may be too big for your letter box and the Postman will leave a card giving
you instructions on how and where to collect your parcel from.
If you wish to receive a guaranteed next day service please call us on 0845 269 7399 during office hours to arrange, this
will cost an extra £5.85 for all UK orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Our returns policy is quite simple and effective. Unlike many of our competitors who insist on a you obtaining a returns authorisation code first. Simply return your order within 7 days to us completing the returns note that came that with your order, and we will arrange for a full refund
within 7 days of receipt.
In order to be eligible for a full refund your returned product should be returned with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must also be undamaged, unwashed and unsoiled. Upon approval by us we will notify you of the safe receipt and again when your credit has been raised. We also recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office, since we can not be held liable for items not received by us. In the extremely rare event that your garment is faulty then we will refund the postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
If your original order totalled more than £40 and you received free delivery, but your returned items bring your total down below the £40 threshold (for free delivery) then we will deduct £2.95 from your refund to cover the original costs of postage and packing.
In the event that the item doesn't fit then we will replace this free of charge, however you are advised to send your exchange in by recorded delivery.
For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns for the following items: Bodystockings, Hosiery or Knickers where the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK Law.
In addition items from the Clearance Section are not eligble for a refund, however we will offer you a credit note against your next purchase.
Returns for unwanted/unsuitable items received after 7 days will not be accepted, however in certain circumstances we will issue you with a credit note for the full amount but this is entirely at our discretion.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Paypal. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order then please contact us first.

Post & Packing
We provide free post and packing for ALL orders over £40
Orders under this will be charged at a flat rate of £2.95 for any EU order
For non UK orders under £40, we will charge an additional £3.50
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, please email us, at info@amandaslingerie.co.uk and your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve it within 3 working days.
